【制作过程】1.香螺肉片成薄片,焯水后用绍酒抓匀,冬笋、花菇切片,葱白切片与清汤、调料调成卤汁。
2.冬笋片过油。
3.蒜姜末呛锅后放入香糟、花菇、笋片,倒入卤汁,再放螺片,颠炒后装盘即成。
